Return Windows

30-Day Fault Protection

Covers faulty or defective products for 30 days after delivery.

Customers can choose either:

  • Refund (after product return & inspection)
  • Replacement unit (subject to stock availability)

14-Day Easy Returns for Unused Products

Customers can return unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

Buyer pays for return shipping on change-of-mind returns.

Return Shipping Policy

Buyer pays return shipping for all returns, including faulty products.

If the product is confirmed defective after inspection, Torniq will refund reasonable return shipping costs at its discretion.
